Tortellini with ham and gondino

Fresh egg pasta with a gluten-free ham and gondino (cheese-flavoured) filling, specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance.


Pasta (70%): Gluten-free pasta preparation (corn starch, potato starch, legume flours [peas], vegetable fibres [potato, corn, pea, psyllium], natural flavours), EGGS (24% in the pasta), water, Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Filling (30%): Tuscan PDO ham (45% on the filling) (pork meat, salt, pepper, natural flavours), gondino (32% on the filling), (water, potato starch, coconut oil, chickpea flour 10.8%, nutritional yeast, whole sea salt, natural flavours), mortadella Bologna PGI (pork meat, salt, spices, natural flavours, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), gluten-free breadcrumbs: mail starch, maize flour, rice flour, dextrose, yeast, salt, vegetable fibres (rice, psyllium, tapioca), tapioca starch, thickeners:E464, xanthan gum, guar seed flour, olive oil, sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, salt, nutmeg.

May contain traces of pistachio, celery and soya.


Cook 100 g of product in 1 litre of boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain the pasta and season to taste.


Put 200 ml of water and a knob of butter in a pan and heat up. Once the butter has melted, add salt to taste and add 250 g of product. Cook over a high heat for 6 minutes until all the water has evaporated. Season to taste.

Store in the refrigerator at 0°C/+4°C.
Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
To be consumed after cooking.
Product packed in a protective atmosphere.
