Truffle ravioli
Fresh egg pasta with a gluten-free truffle filling, specifically formulated for people with gluten intolerance.
Ingredients:
Pasta (55%): Gluten-free pasta preparation (corn starch, potato starch, legume flours [peas], vegetable fibres [potato, corn, pea, psyllium], natural flavours), EGGS (24% in the pasta), water, Italian extra virgin olive oil.
Filling (45%): Ricotta (pasteurised whey, salt, acidity regulator E330), potato flakes (potatoes, antioxidants E392 [rosemary extract]. It contains SULPHITES), mascarpone (pasteurized MILK cream, acidity corrector: citric acid), truffle cream and champignons mushrooms (champignons mushrooms [agaricus bisporus], sunflower oil, summer truffle [tuber aestivum vitt - origin ITALY] 6%, emulsifier, sunflower lecithin, salt, spices, flavouring) (2,1% on the filling), ground summer truffle cream: 1.7% on the filling (summer truffle 81% [tuber aestivum] water, salt), salt, nutmeg powder, natural flavouring, fiber mix gt (whey powder, vegetable fibres).
May contain traces of pistachio, celery and soya.


IN THE POT
Cook 100 g of product in 1 litre of boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain the pasta and season to taste.
IN THE PAN
Put 200 ml of water and a knob of butter in a pan and heat up. Once the butter has melted, add salt to taste and add 250 g of product. Cook over a high heat for 6 minutes until all the water has evaporated.
Season to taste.
Store in the refrigerator at 0°C/+4°C.
Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
To be consumed after cooking.
