Tagliatelle with orange cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g gluten-free tagliatelle by Gusti Toscani
  • 3 tablespoons rice oil
  • 3 Tarocco oranges (2 for the orange cream sauce, 1 for the garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon of rice flour
  • 150 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons smoked black olives
  • A few leaves of parsley

Directions

Combine the rice oil with the rice flourIn in a non-stick pan, add the juice of two oranges and the Parmesan cheese.

Mix until a semi-dense cream is obtained. Bring the water to a boil and cook the noodles for 4 minutes.

Take some of the orange sauce and use it as a base for the dish, then stir the pasta with the remaining sauce.

Serve and decorate with the olives, a slice of orange and some parsley leaves.
